Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
Free Shipping Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. This threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts.
International Shipping We ship to 27+ countries via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard International: 10–21 business days
- Expedited International: 5–10 business days
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Backorders Some items may be listed as available on backorder. Backordered items typically ship within 14 business days. You will be notified by email if your order contains a backordered item and given the option to wait or cancel.
US-Only Items Certain products — including select tactical gear and regulated items — are restricted to domestic US shipping only. These restrictions will be noted on the product page. We are unable to ship these items internationally.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
